Services	Texas Health Steps Outreach provides Medicaid for children ages birth to 21. Includes medical, dental, vision and hearing check-ups.
Eligibility	Birth-21 years of age and enrolled in Medicaid.
Application Procedure	Apply for Medicaid and if eligible will automatically be enrolled in the Texas Health Steps outreach program.
