Services	TOPS helps members eat sensibly to reach and maintain a doctor recommended weight. TOPS gives encouragement and support in reaching these goals.
Eligibility	Membership is open to anyone who has a desire to lose weight.

Cost of Services	Dues are $24.00 per year for national dues plus .25 cents for local dues, weekly.
