Services	RAD offers a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques for women. It is a comprehensive women-only course that begins with awareness, prevention, risk-reduction and risk avoidance, while progressing on the basis of hands-on defense training. Not a martial arts program.
Eligibility	RAD Women only, 13 years and up. RAD Kids age 5-7 and 8-10.
Application Procedure	Free course, scheduled training course set up by appointment courses limited to 15 women. 4 days of training required to receive certification.
