| Services | What is a teratogen? A teratogen is any agent that may cause a miscarriage, a birth defect, and/or a learning problem. If you are pregnant or nursing and need questions regarding the safety of medications or prescriptions to your unborn or breastfeeding baby, please give us a call. We have trained counselors who will research those medications' effects on your unborn baby. We have experience providing information in a supportive, non-directive manner and will be glad to provide counseling (at no charge) for anyone who may be concerned about a pregnancy or breastfeeding exposure. |
