Services	Speech and language evaluation and treatment. All ages, all diagnoses including but not limited to: aphasia, autism, stuttering, cerebral palsy, cleft palate, language delay, articulation disorder or delay, swallowing difficulties, voice therapy, mutism, foreign language accent reduction, Parkinson's.
Eligibility	Anyone with any speech, language, or swallowing difficulties. Must have a written physician referral.

Cost of Services	Accepted payment includes: private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and CHIPS.
