Services	The Eastwood Terrace Apartments provides decent, appropriate housing to low-income families. Unfurnished apartments with refrigerators, stoves, and free utilities are available to qualified families. Facilities are apportioned according to family size and needs. Families currently occupying substandard housing receive preference after applicants who have been displaced by government action or a disaster declared by executive order. Available units: 100.
Eligibility	Families whose current residence is found to be substandard and who meet HUD income guidelines are considered when vacancies occur. Office personnel assist in the application procedure.
Application Procedure	Criminal background check and a previous landlord verification.
Cost of Services	Resident families pay a minimum of 30% of their income as rental fees. HUD supplies rent supplements of up to 70% based on family size and income.
