Services	DETCOG is a voluntary association of local governmental units organized under authority of State Statute. DETCOG’s program areas include: 1. Criminal Justice 2. Economic Development 3. Regional Services 4. Children’s Health Insurance Program 5. Area Agency on Aging 6. 9-1-1 Emergency Number System 7. Regional Housing 8. Retired Senior Volunteer Program
Eligibility	Individuals, agencies, and units of government may request DETCOG to provide any of the services listed above.
Application Procedure
Cost of Services	There is a membership dues structure for participating governments and agencies. DETCOG is not another level of government and has no power of taxation. Membership is on a voluntary basis and services will be provided regardless of membership.
