Services	Provides help with utility bills, and helps low income weatherize their home, and provides air conditioners and fans. Channels families to the head start program.
Eligibility	Low income guidelines for office only, based on income and number in the household.
Application Procedure	Call. Office takes verbal application. A case worker is assigned who will contact client to complete application.
Cost of Services	Sliding scale based on income.
