Services	Partners with community in readiness for epidemic, natural disaster and/or disease outbreak. Investigates any public health concern while using all public means necessary including police, fire, and Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
Eligibility	Public service, all people are eligible in time of emergency.
Application Procedure	Applications are taken at anytime. Your information will be entered into a confidential database for easy use to your contact numbers.
Cost of Services	Free due to declared disaster.
