Early intervention, psychological, and psychiatric services for children and adolescents.
Substance Abuse treatment
Service for mental Retardation

Eligibility Adolescents with mental, emotional, and behavioral problems. Must have a DSM IV Diagnosis or in addition to substance abuse, mental retardation, and/or autism.
