Services	A Christian agency that offers domestic adoption services. Counseling provided to birth mothers to decide on an adoption plan. Facilitates adoptions from start to placement. Intenational adoptions from Russia, China, and Guatemala are currently available.
Eligibility	Adoptive parents must be over 18, married over 1 year. Open adoptions only. No more than 40 years age difference between oldest parent and adoptive child.
Application Procedure	Obtain and complete application. Call or visit the website for an application packet. Attend orientation. Begin office interviews. Arrange for home study to build a profile for birth mothers.
Cost of Services	Minimum $12,000 to max $25,000. Based on sliding scale, 25% of adjusted gross income.
