Services	The Heart Association’s primary goal in Nacogdoches County is to disseminate information about life saving and life preserving skills and techniques. The Heart Association also works to raise awareness in the community about personal health maintenance. The Heart Association provides education and information, referrals, and tips about heart-healthy behavior. Blood pressure screenings are offered to the public. Other screenings are provided to high school health education students and to all public school personnel once each year. CPR courses are offered in both basic techniques and for training instructors.
